John and the staff at Fast Tire went above and beyond to help me out when chaos ensued in the land of vehicles at my household! I was out of my element as my vehicle broke down away from home and not knowing any reputable shops, I kind of closed my eyes and hoped for the bestâ¦preparing for the worst, but John was sensational! He thoroughly explained everything and helped all way through the process!

I had an amazing experience here! I stopped in after noticing a low tire, and the team assessed and repaired it right away. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient â I was back on the road in no time. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My daughter is a college student in Ankeny and I'm 3 hours away. I called and spoke with James and he got her in immediately to take care of the problem with her vehicle. I was very impressed and satisfied with the the timely repairs and price. Thanks James!

I have been bringing my vehicle to this establishment for several years now and have always had a positive experience. John is honest, kind, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the flexibility fast tire (Ankeny) provides me with getting my car looked at in a timely manner no matter what the issue may be (big or small). I was in Fast Tire today to have my check engine light diagnosed. The owner was very kind and sensitive to the fact that sometimes the check engine lights are triggered for various reasons not related to required/immediate maintenance. He was very considerate and offered realistic solutions without having to spend hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend!

When the brake light indicator came on in my car I was concerned. I didn't have anyone that could fix it for me, so I stopped in at Fast Tire. Eric jumped away from his work and immediately put in a new light bulb for me. Then, he told me it was "on the house." What GREAT customer service. They will be my go to place for my car repairs. Thank you Eric, it really helped me out and it is good to know that there is a place that is willing to help others.

My car was making some noises in the rear and I thought it was the brakes. Sadly it was the shocks which also caused cupping on my tires. The front ones were due to be changed too, so the gang at Fast Tire called me, explained to me the situation and was very kind and helpful. Up front, honest, prices were fair, and they were speedy. Honestly, finding a good repair shop can be scary because you hear horror stories about some places, but Fast Tire is the place to go! Thanks for fixing up my car!

Cannot express how much I enjoyed and appreciated the service here. Got a new set of tires after an unfortunate screw and plenty of wear on my old ones. Seth and the crew took perfect care of me. Quick, professional, reasonable prices, well explained service. 11/10 will come back for all future needs.

Cannot recommend more! We were stranded with a flat tire in Ankeny. After getting a tow truck figured out, they brought it to Fast Tire. My car was ready to go in a few hours. Sean was helpful and called with updates.

I previously reviewed this store and sadly have to change my review. I went there today to have my rear summer tires swapped for winter tires. I was charged for a 4 tire rotation and when I asked if Iâd be charged that again when I swapped them out after winter be said I would and that he was doing me a favor: Last year the manager was really friendly and changed out all four and charged me for just the one time instead of both times. It took 15 minutes to do and was a super small sale but I expected to receive the same great service as I received from the prior manager. I was planning to buy new tires there in the Spring but after today I wonât be. Being friendly and providing great customer service goes a long way towards gaining loyal customers and I am very loyal when Iâm treated decent.

Had a little hole in our tire and they were the only place able to get us in on a Saturday! They werenât able to repair the tire due to how much tread and where the hole was located, we asked if they had our tire in stock and they didnât but they gave us a list of places to call and we found a place to get the tire but the place we got the tire wasnât able to put it on but Fast tire did! Great people and ALWAYS willing to help! Highly recommend!

Same quality service as when it was Graham Tire, but with an updated interior and the staff seem nicer. Great place
